Higginsons Famous home-made Pies are now available to order online - direct to your door in our special Cool Boxes. Our quality Pies are sent out to you ready-cooked, so that you can simply re-heat them as and when you want them. Our Pies are suitable for freezing.
All Pie orders come in multiples of 6. Our boxes accommodate either 6 or 12 pies. We can cater for large orders but these should be ordered in advance.

Pie Description: Premium Pie Variety Pack contains 1x individual Cheese Bacon and Potato Pie, 1x individual Meat and Potato Pie, 1x individual Chicken Ham and Leek Pie, 1x individual Chunky Steak Pie, 1x individual Cumberland Pie and 1x individual Steak Ale & Stilton Pie. Only the finest ingredients are used in our Pies, including premium meat cuts provided by our own on-site butchers.

Cooking Guidelines: Pies will arrive ready-cooked. They can either be kept refrigerated to be consumed within 2-3 days, or be kept in the freezer until ready to consume. To re-heat the Pies from chilled, pre-heat the oven to 160ºC, heat for approximately 25-30 mins until piping hot throughout. Alternatively pies can be re-heated from frozen in a pre-heated oven (at 160ºC) for approximately 45 mins until piping hot throughout. Once frozen, we recommend that Pies are used within 3 months of purchase.
